When the body is the right weight, the organs function how they were designed to function. The muscles work without strain, and the joints do not become stressed. It does not mean becoming a vegan and having a "six pack". It means eating the right food and having the right figure for the lifestyle that you choose.

Making the mind fit is as important as making the body fit. There is no point in having a fit body if you are plagued by anxiety or depression. To obtain peace of mind, it is necessary to clear out all the old baggage.

When making life changes it is vital to have proper guidance. The key to a great life is taking responsibility for your future but this is a lot easier with friends in a small group led by people who what they are doing.

Life is supposed to be fun and not a chore. Life should be free of physical and emotional pain. Though the problems with our bodies and minds may not have been self inflicted, they are self inflicted if we do nothing about it.

Now there is a New Lifestyle group near Denia run by Jan Bell.

Jan is running a "New Lifestyle Programme" designed to address all of these issues in a series of workshops. Over a few months, you will be able to change your life in an interesting, friendly and fun way.
